Canceling orders

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must advise Tecknolaser as soon as possible by dialing 450-922-0527 or our toll-free number 1-800-361-1539 (within North America). We will verify the status of your order and make any necessary changes without any charges.
We put a lot of effort into delivering our products rapidly; it may happen that your order has already been sent out when you call. If this should occur and you still wish to return a product, please refer to the Returns section.
Tecknolaser reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases where an account has an outstanding balance.

Discounts

Tecknolaser does not have an official discount policy on bulk orders. However, for orders over $1,000.00, please ask for a quotation and we will determine if a discount can be provided or not. At that time, the nature of your order, any repeat business and the possibility of an ongoing partnership will all be evaluated in order to offer you the best possible price.

Payment Methods

Credit card: In order to pay by credit card, you will be required to enter your credit card number with the date of expiry once you reach Checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard .If you would like more information concerning our secure payment method, please read the Security & Privacy section. If you are not comfortable making a payment online, you can reach us by phone at  450-922-0555  or  1-800-361-1539 or by fax (at 450-922-0707) and use your credit card that way.

Paypal: It is also possible to make an electronic balance transfer via PayPal to: sales@tecknolaser.com . You can choose this method directly during the online payment process. If this is a special order, please send us either an email at this same address, call us at 1-800-361-1539 or send a fax to 450-922-0707 indicating your order. Once your purchase has been accepted, you can proceed with your payment. If you have any problems with this procedure, a message will follow from Tecknolaser explaining how to pay your order via PayPal.

Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are only accepted for customers with approved accounts. To set up an approved account, call us at 1-800-361-1539 Terms: 30-day net. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Purchase order in cases where an account has an outstanding balance.

Pricing

All prices indicated are in Canadian currency ($CAD).
The prices indicated do not include taxes (if applicable) or shipping and handling fees. There are no shipping and handling fees in Canada and in the United States with accelerated orders of $250 or more (before taxes).

Our prices may vary or change slightly, without notice, in function of price changes at our suppliers or manufacturers. Our prices might contain typographical errors. If an error should occur, we reserve the right either to honor that price, inform the customer of the reason for such an error and correct the situation by asking the customer whether the order should stand at the revised price or be cancelled.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought at Tecknolaser, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 10 days of receipt (30 days for an exchange). You must first advise us by email: orders@Tecknolaser.com . Tecknolaser will provide you with a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a RMA number. The product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return and your RMA number. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the abovementioned conditions.

Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 10 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded).

Shipping

If you want to know the shipping cost to your location, add the items you want to order to your cart. You will be able to calculate your shipping rates directly in your cart with the option Calculate shipping rates. This is fast and easy.
Shipping in Canada: Standard delivery (i.e., Fedex, Purolator) in Canada is free for orders of $250 or more (before taxes).
Shipping outside Canada: Please note that free shipping is only available for deliveries in Canada and the United States. Expedited USA (free service for orders over 250$). All delivery dates outside of Canada are approximate due to Customs formalities.
A transaction number will follow by email soon after you have placed your order for most services (except Small Packets Surface and Small Packets Air). All dispatches are guaranteed (Small packets air or ground only 100$). We usually handle all orders the same day, if received before 3 p.m. If we are unable to ship within 48 hours, you will be contacted by email.
Tecknolaser tries to respect the delivery date shown. However, we are not responsible for orders delayed by Canada Post, UPS or Customs.

Taxes

5% federal tax will be added to all orders delivered in Canada (HST of 13% for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador).  The provincial tax will also be added to all orders delivered in Quebec and in Ontario.
These taxes do not apply for orders outside of Canada but you may have import fees or duties charged upon delivery. These fees vary from country to country.
